As a general rule and following the sustainable objectives of CREA studio, each order will be produced especially on demand, without stock. So the waiting time will change depending on the product (see product description). Only vintage and reworked products will be available for shipment at the time of purchase.
When the product is ready, you will receive an email that your order is prepared to be shipped.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. We recommend you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually.
Tax: for all orders a sales tax of 21% is already applied.

We are a small company, so we would like to avoid having accumulated stock, so please think carefully when buying our products to avoid returns.
- The return request must be made within 15 days from receipt of the order
- No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.
- Exchanges are only possible using store credit
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, and tags and seals must not have been removed.

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from one country to another. **If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
